Sports Authority of India, SAI, an Autonomous Organization under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, invites applications from ELIGIBLE INDIAN NATIONALS for filling up the existing vacancies to the under-mentioned posts at its Head Office, New Delhi and various Regional / Sub-Centres and Training Centers spread all over India:-

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) :
No of post : 29 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. ii) Should pass type-writing test in English with a minimum speed of 35 wpm or in Hindi with a minimum speed of 30 wpm on Computer (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)
Scale of Pay : PB 1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 grade pay Rs. 1900/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 27 years as on 01.01.2011.

2. Junior Accountant :
No of post : 45 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from a recognized University. ii) Knowledge of computer application including Spread – sheet and Accounting software.
Scale of Pay : PB 1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 grade pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 27 years as on 01.01.2011.

Fees : Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (No fee for SC/ST/PH/Ex-SM) in a form of Bank Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, Sports Authority of India payable at New Delhi.

Last Date of Application Submission : 15.04.2011.
