High Court of Uttarakhand, Applications are invited from the practicing Advocates for filling up vacant posts of ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGES by direct recruitment in the Uttarakhand Higher Judicial Service:
Additional District and Sessions Judge :
No. of Vacancy: 12 posts (UR-7, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-2).
Scale of Pay: Rs.16750 to 20500/-,
Age Limit: Less than 35 years and must not have attained the age of more than 45 years on the 1st day of January 2009.
Essential Qualification: Must be Citizens of India, Must be an advocate of not less than seven years standing on the first day of January 2009. The applicant for recruitment to the Service must possess thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari Script and English.

Fees: Examination Fees Rs. 450/- by candidates belonging to General and Other Backward Classes and Rs. 300/- by candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes shall be payable in favour of ’Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital’ by way of account payee Demand Draft of any Bank payable at Nainital.
