Indian Institute of Information Technology, IIIT, The applications are invited for the Various Posts in IIIT Allahabad, Employment Notice No. 02 / 2010.
 
1. Registrar : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 16400 to 22400/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 55 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) PG Degree with at least 55% or equivalent in any discipline from a reputed University/Institution preceded by a consistently good academic record; (ii) Technical and administrative experience at an institution of higher education/ research organization for a minimum of 15 years with 08 years should be as Deputy Registrar or on equivalent post;

2. Deputy Registrar (Amethi-01) : No of Post : 03 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 12000 to 18300/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 45 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate with at least 55% marks or equivalent, Preference to the candidate completed/doing Doctorate work. At least 08 years of experience in automation, computer software, office/ and financial Management along with 05 years.

3. Deputy Librarian : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 12000 to 18300/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 45 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science / Documentation at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and consistently good academic record. (ii) 8 years experience as an Assistant University Librarian / Librarian of reputed Institute. (iii) Evidence of innovative library services, published work and professional commitment.

4. Assistant Registrar : No of Post : 05 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 8000 to 13500/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 40 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) A Post Graduate Degree with at least 55% or equivalent grade and 08 years experience in a Govt. educational or similar Govt. Institution (ii) Knowledge of Government rules.

5. Senior Programmer : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 8000 to 13500/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 40 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) PG Degree in Engineering/Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent (ii) Strong academic background and work experience of 06 years with computer systems/applications software or computer networks.

6. Medical Officer : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 8000 to 13500/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 40 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Graduate one in Medicine and one in Surgery of a Recognized University or any recognized equivalent degree of any other university or Institution recognized by the Medical council of India. (ii) Must be registered with UP Medical Council or with any other Council duly constituted by Medical Council in India. (iii) Adequate knowledge of Hindi/English.

7. Executive Engineer : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 10000 to 15200/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 40 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) A 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. (ii) A minimum of 8 years experience in the Civil Construction works. The candidates having experience of CPWD procedures, knowledge of Computer Applications and Auto-CAD Software.

8. System Analyst : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 10000 to 15200/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 40 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Master Degree in Computer Application/Computer Science OR BE/B. Tech. in Computer Engineering/computer Science/Computer Technology of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 05 years experience of Electronics Data Processing.

9. Aviation Engineer Civil : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 10000 to 15200/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 40 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering From Recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE, with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade. (ii) A candidate have served/serving as a Civil Engineer in PWD/CPWD may be taken on Deputation/contract.

10. Personal Secretary : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 6500 to 10500/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 35 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree with 7 years experience in Office Management, automation & computer knowledge Out of this, at least 3 years experience of working with HOD or equivalent level.

11. Programmer (Amethi-01) : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 6500 to 10500/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 35 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : BE/B.Teh (Computer Science) / MCA/M.SC. in Computer Science / Information Technology with 3 years experience in programming.

12. Accountant : No of Post : 06 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5500 to 9000/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 35 years.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s degree in Commerce with 03 years experience as Assistant Accountant OR Bachelor’s Degree in commerce with 6 years experience as Assistant Accountant or equivalent.

13. Data Processor/ Data Operator : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5500 to 9000/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 35 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech in Computer Science or M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology with 3 years experience in Programming/Data Processing.

14. Librarian Information Assistant : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5500 to 9000/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 35 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Graduation in Library Science/Information Science / documentation or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate, preceded by a consistently good academic record; (ii) service experience at a reputed Institute for minimum of 03 years (iii) Knowledge of computers, internet and other recent advances in library operation and management.

15. Multi Functional Assistant : No of Post : 05 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5000 to 8000/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Master Degree with 3 years experience in Office Management, automation & computer knowledge. Proficiency in English typing/short hand is preferred.

16. Personal Assistant/ Senior Steno : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5000 to 8000/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Second class Bachelor Degree with minimum shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m. in typing with 3 years relevant experience and Computer knowledge.

17. Technical Assistant/ Data Processor : No of Post : 10 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5000 to 8000/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc. In Computer Science / M.sc. in other subjects / B. Tech. with 03 years experience in Computer work.

18. Nurse : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5000 to 8000/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Certificate B.Sc. Nursing qualification from recognized university. (ii) Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized Institution. (iii) Registered ‘A’ grade nurse and midwife with State Nursing Council with 3 years experience in a reputed hospital of Govt./PSU/Private Sector.

19. Care Taker : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 3050 to 4500/- per month. Age Limit : Age must be below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with 2 years relevant experience in Hotel/Guest House or Intermediate with Diploma in Catering / Hotel Management with 4 years of relevant experience in Hotel/ Guest House.
