i. Deputy Registrar (Administration) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 + AGP Rs. 7600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A first class masters degree in Business Administration / Science / Commerce/Arts or Bachelors degree in Engineering with excellent Academic record. At least 10 years of Administrative experience in major Educational.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 45 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

ii. Assistant Registrar (Academic) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 + AGP Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A first class masters degree in Business Administration /Science/ Commerce/ Arts or Bachelors degree in Engineering with excellent Academic record.
Desirable: Degree in Management or Law and ability to supervise computerized administration.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 35 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

iii. Deputy Librarian :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 + AGP Rs. 8000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate degree in Library Science/ Information Science / Documentation with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record. Oneyear specialization in the area of information technology.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 45 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

iv. Assistant  Librarian :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 + AGP Rs. 6000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record. Oneyear specialization in the area of Information Technology.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 35 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

v. System Administrator/ Technical Officer :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 + AGP Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering or MCA with First class (or 6.5 CGPA) OR Diploma Engineering or B.Sc. with at least 10 years of experience at the level of Senior Technical Assistant in an Institute as System Administrator.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 35 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

vi. Executive Engineer (Civil) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 + AGP Rs. 6600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Possessing a degree in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of regular service in the post of Asstt. Executive Engineer.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 40 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

vii. Assistant Engineer (Civil) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800 + AGP Rs. 4600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First Class B.E./ B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Diploma with outstanding academic record and at least 10 years of professional experience at J. E. level.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 40 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

viii. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800 + AGP Rs. 4600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First Class B.E./ B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Diploma with outstanding academic record and at least 10 years of professional experience at J. E. level.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 40 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

ix. Junior Engineer (Civil) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800 + AGP Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience in Industry or R & D Institution. A good academic record is essential in all cases. Experience of 2 years to be relaxed for candidates with a completely first class career.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 35 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

x. Security Officer :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800 + AGP Rs. 4600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in supervisory capacity in Police or a large Security Organization. Should have Military or NCC experience and Fire Fighting Training. Should be able to handle fire arms and should have sound health and active habits.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 40 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.

xi. Laboratory Assistant :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 + AGP Rs. 42000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Engineering of 3 years duration in appropriate field in Civil/Electrical/ME/CSE or Equivalent OR Senior Secondary (10+2) and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade in CE/EE/ME/CSE/ECE or equivalent.
Age Limit : Maximum limit upto 30 years on 30-09-2010 with 5 years relaxation for Government employees and SC/ST candidates.
