Central University of Kerala, CUK, Applications in the prescribed format from eligible candidates are invited for filling up the following posts:
 
1. Professor :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : (1) M.A. in English or Comparative literature from an Indian University or equivalent Degree, if it is from university abroad. (2) Ph.D in English or Comparative Literature or in Allied fields with published work of high quality. (3) Actively engaged in research with 10 years of experience in teaching and/or experience of guiding research at doctoral level.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- per month.

2. Associate Professor :
No of Post : 12 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : (1) M.Sc in Physics from an Indian University or an equivalent degree if it is from university abroad. (2) Ph.D in Physics or allied fields with published work of high quality. (3) Actively engaged in research with 5 years of experience in teaching and/or research. 10 years of experience in teaching and/or experience of guiding research at doctoral level.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- per month.

3. Assistant Professor  :
No of Post : 18 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc in Physics from an Indian University or an equivalent degree if it is from university abroad. Good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7-point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- per month.

4. Finance Officer :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. At least 15 years’ of experience as Asst. Professor.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- per month.

5. Assistant Registrar (Finance) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. At least 5 years experience as a Group B Officer in Auditing/Finance and Accounting in a Central/State University or Central/State Govt. institution /organization. However, preference will be given to persons having experience in central service.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
