Applications along with bio-data (including all details) are invited for filling up the following vacancies by direct recruitment or on contractual basis. post : Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor – Lecturer, Medical Superintendent

1. Professor :
No of post : 12 posts in various Departments.
Age Limit : As per UGC norms.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 10,500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : As Associate Professor in the subject concerned for three years in the recognized medical college / Institute. (After MD/MS 14/10 years teaching and/or research experience from recognized medical college / Institute.) (ii) Minimum of four research publications in Index/national journals out of which 2 research publications must be published during the tenure of the Associate Professor.

2. Associate Professor :
No of post : 18 posts in various Departments.
Age Limit : As per UGC norms.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 9,500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : As Assistant Professor in the concerned subject for four years in a recognized medical college / Institute. (After MD/MS 6 years teaching and/or research experience from recognized medical college / Institute. Minimum of two Research publications in index / National journals during the tenure of the Assistant Professor.

3. Assistant Professor :
No of post : 30 posts in various Departments.
Age Limit : As per UGC norms.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Recognized postgraduate (MD/MS./MDS/Ph.D) qualification in the subject. Three years post PG. teaching and / or research experience from recognized medical college / Institute.

4. Lecturer :
No of post : 05 posts in various Departments.
Age Limit : As per UGC norms.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Requisite Recognized postgraduate qualification in the subject (ii) Three years experience as Resident / Demonstrator from recognized medical college / Institute.

5. Medical Superintendent :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : As per UGC norms.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 10,500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (1) A Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule of the said Act, shall also fulfill the conditions specified in Sub-section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act. aforesaid). (2) A postgraduate qualification e.g. M.D./M.S. or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto preferably in Hospital Administration. (3) Sixteen years experience in the profession or 12 years experience after obtaining the postgraduate degree. (4) Extensive practical and administrative experience.
Desirable : Experience of independently running a hospital with atleast 500 beds.
