Indian Rare Earths Limited, IREL, A Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy is the industry leader in the area of Beach Sand Minerals like illmenite, rutile (titanium ores), zircon, monazite, sillimanite, etc., and producer of rare earths (Lanthanides) chemicals, thorium nitrate etc. The Company requires proactive professionals for the following positions in its Corporate Office at Mumbai & its Units located in Kerala, Tamil Nadu & Orissa. Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the following posts on regular basis.
i. Deputy General Manager (Finance)/ Sr. Manager (Finance) :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Scale of Pay : RS. 36600 to 62000 / 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 53/45 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : ACA / AICWA. The candidate must have 15/12 years of post qualification experience in a PSU/ Large Private Sector Organisation.
ii. Manager (Finance / Audit ) / Dy. Manager(Finance / Audit) :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Scale of Pay : RS. 29100 to 54500 / 24900 to 50500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 40/38 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : ACA / AICWA. The candidate must have 9/6 years of post qualification experience in a PSU/ Large Private Sector Organisation.
iii. Dy. General Manager (HRM)/ Sr. Manager (HRM) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : RS. 36600 to 62000 / 32900 to 58000/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 53/45 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post graduate degree/post graduate diploma/MBA/MA/MSW (2 years full time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial relations from reputed and recognized universities/institutions by AICTE. Degree in Law is desirable. The candidate must have 15/12 years of post qualification experience in a PSU/ Large Private Sector Organisation.
iv. Manager (HRM)/Dy. Manager (HRM) :

Age Limit : Not to exceed 40/38 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Essential Qualification & Experience : Post graduate degree/post graduate diploma/MBA/MA/MSW (2 years full time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial relations from reputed and recognized universities/institutions by AICTE. Degree in Law is desirable. The candidate must have 9/6 years of post qualification experience in a PSU/ Large Private Sector Organisation.
v. Manager (Security)/ Dy. Manager (Security) :

Scale of Pay : RS. 29100 to 54500 / 24900 to 50500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 45/33 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Should be a Graduate and commissioned Officer not below the rank of a Captain (in Indian Army) or equivalent working/retired from Indian Defence Services. OR should be a graduate and not below the rank of Dy. Commandant or equivalent in
Para Military Services viz., CISF, CRPF, BSF.
vi. Dy. Manager (Marketing) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : RS. 29100 to 54500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 38 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Engineering degree with two years Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma or MBA with first class from a recognized university or an Institute approved/accredited by AICTE with specialization in Marketing Management / International Business Management Strategic Sales Management, Should have atleast 6 years working experience.
vii. Sr. Officer (Marketing/Purchase/ Materials) :
No of Post : 09 posts,
Scale of Pay : RS. 20600 to 46500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Engineering degree with two years Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma or M.B.A. from a recognized university. Should have at least three years working experience with exposure in Marketing or Sales Purchase or Materials Management.
viii. Sr. Engineer (Project Management) :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Scale of Pay : RS. 20600 to 46500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with 65% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university or an Institute approved by AICTE. 3 years post qualification experience in Project Management.
ix. Assistant Manager (Mines) :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Scale of Pay : RS. 16400 to 40500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency. 1 year post qualification experience in a reputed Mine.
x. Medical Officer (Female only) :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Scale of Pay : RS. 16400 to 40500/- per month.
Age Limit : Not to exceed 35 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.B.B.S. from a recognized University approved by Medical Council of India with minimum 2 years of Post qualification experience after Internship.
xi. Management Trainee (Finance) :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Scale of Pay : Annual CTC Rs. 2.94 lakhs (approx).
Age Limit : Not to exceed 30 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : CA (candidate should have completed required article ship) or ICWA.
xii. Management Trainee (HRM) :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Scale of Pay : Annual CTC Rs. 2.94 lakhs (approx).
Age Limit : Not to exceed 30 years as on 31.10.2010.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in PM&IR/MSW/MBA (Full time course) with specialization in HR from a premier Institute/University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. Candidates should have working knowledge of any one or more of the following
Languages : Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil/Oriya.
