Spices Board of India, SBI, Invites applications for interested and eligible candidates for the following posts :
 
i. Secretary:
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : a. First Class Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University/Institution. b. Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management / HRD / Law / Public Administration from a recognized University / Institution OR Associate of Company Secretaryship.
Ten years experience in General Administration/Personnel Management/ Legal matters in a Group ‘A’ post in Government/ Statutory body or in a Senior Managerial level post in Public/Private sector companies/  undertaking in Admin/Personnel/HR.
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years as on 1st August,2010.

ii. Assistant Director (Accounts):
No of Post : 03 Posts,
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : a. CA/ICWA/CFA/ACS/MBA(First class) with specialization in Financial Management from a recognized University/Institution. b. Two years experience in Computer based accounting.
Age Limit : Not more than 30 years as on 1st August,2010.

iii. Assistant Executive Engineer:
No of Post : 01 Post,
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1. First Class Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution 2. Three years experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit : Not more than 35 years as on 1st August,2010.

iv. Junior Clerk:
No of Post : 03 Posts,
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1. First Class Degree from a recognized University. 2. Computer literate with knowledge of Computer fundamentals and working knowledge in Windows/Linux operating system, word processing, electronic worksheet, e.mail etc.
Age Limit : Not more than 30 years as on 1st August,2010.

v. Junior Laboratory Technician:
No of Post : 06 Posts,
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First Class Degree in Chemistry/Microbiology from a recognized University.
Desirable: One year experience in Lab analytical procedure in quality control.
Age Limit : Not more than 30 years as on 1st August,2010.

vi. Staff Car Driver Grade I:
No of Post : 01 Post,
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1. Pass Xth Std. 2. Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence. 3. 16 years experience in driving.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years as on 1st August,2010.

vii. Staff Car Driver Ordinary Grade:
No of Post : 03 Posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1. Pass Xth Std. 2. Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence. 3. 03 years experience in driving.
Age Limit : Not more than 30 years as on 1st August,2010.

viii. Agriculture Assistant:
No of Post : 23 Posts,
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Botany from a recognized University.
Age Limit : Not more than 30 years as on 1st August,2010.
