Union Public Service Commission, UPSC, will hold the Special Class Railway Apprentices’ Examination (SCRA), 2015 on 18.01.2015 for recruitment to the Special Class Apprentices in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railways.
Special Class Railway Apprentices’ Examination (SCRA) :
No of post : As per Pannel.
Age Limit : Not less than 17 years and not more than 21 years as on 01.01.2015. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
Scale of Pay : As per UPSC Govt Rules.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Must have passes in the Ist or IInd division, The intermediate or an equivalent examination (10+2) of a University / Board approved by the Government of India with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination.
