Archaeological Survey of India, ASI, Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up following posts on Contract Basis to be filled in this office for a period of one year

1. Conservation Architect :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Mentioned.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 30,000/- PM (consolidated, no TA / DA will be admissible)
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1. Masters in Conservation (Specialization / special training in conservation of historical buildings) 2. Experience about 10 years specially in conservation of Mughal monuments.
Desirable Qualification : 1. Knowledge of historic building material and technique. 2. Experience and training in the conservation. 3. Experience of documentation and condition assessment of historic buildings.

2. Assistant Archaeologist :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Mentioned.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 20,000/- PM (consolidated, no TA / DA will be admissible)
Essential Qualification & Experience : 1. Masters with at least 55%. 2. Post Graduate Diploma in Archaeology from Institute of Archaeology, ASI.
Desirable Qualification : 1. At least one year experience in the field of Archaeology 2. Experience in documentation.
