AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH SERVICE (ARS) EXAMINATION – 2013

Agricultual Scientists Recruitment Board, ASRB, will hold a competitive ARS Examination – 2013 as per the following scheme wherein two separate examinations will be held:

Preliminary – ARS Examination – 2013 :
No of post : The number of vacancies in Agricultural Research Service under various disciplines is mentioned in Annexure-II. The number of vacancies is only tentative and likely to change.
Age Limit : 21 years but not have attained the age of 32 years as on 01/08/2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- PM grade pay Rs. 6000/- in the ICAR Institutes in various disciplines.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A candidate must have a Master’s degree or equivalent in the concerned subjects.

Fees/Application Fee:
The candidates seeking admission to examination must pay to the Board a fee of Rs. 480/- plus Rs. 20/- as registration charges (total Rs. 500/-) (Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates).
