ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network, ISTRAC invites application for positions as indicated below which are temporary posts, but likely to be continued indefinitely. Online submission of the following posts :
 
1. Technical Assistant :
No of Post : 10 posts (UR-3, SC-3, ST-1, OBC-2, PH-1),
Age Limit: 35 years as on 14.12.2009. Age relaxation as per rules of the Govt.,
Pay Scale : PB-2  Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification : First Class Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering /Telecommunication, Engineering/Computer Engg. / Mechanical Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
2. Scientific Assistant :
No of Post : 03 poss (UR-2, OBC-1),
Age Limit: 35 years as on 14.12.2009. Age relaxation as per rules of the Govt.,
Pay Scale : PB-2  Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification : First Class Bachelor Degree in Science with mathematics as one of the subject and any other two subjects from the following (Physics,Chemistry, Computer Science, /Information Tech. Electronics, & Statistics) from recognized University/ Institution.
3. Library Assistant :
No of Post : 01 post, 
Age Limit: 35 years as on 14.12.2009. Age relaxation as per rules of the Govt.,
Pay Scale : PB-2  Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification : First Class Bachelor Degree in any discipline and Master’s Degree in Library Science/Library & Information Science or equivalent from recognized University /Institution with First Class.

How to apply for above post:
Applications will be received ON-LINE ONLY. The detailed advertisement and application format for on-line registration will be hosted in the website http://www.istrac.org from 1000 hours on 21st November 2009 to 1700 hours on 14th December 2009. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant will have to be given in the application compulsorily. After submission those who are screened in will be advised to send all relevant attested certificates.
The ”No Objection Certificate” duly indicating the name and Registration Number on the reverse should be sent to the Senior Administrative Officer, ISRO TELEMETRY TRACKING AND COMMAND NETWORK, PLOT NO.12&13, 3RD MAIN,II PHASE,PEENYA INDUSTRIAL AREA,PEENYA, Bangalore-560058.
