Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd, TCIL, requires qualified and experienced candidate for the post of Assistant Manager (Building Maintenance) on Regular basis. Details are given below :
 
Assistant Manager (Building Maintenance) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University. Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the field of Hitech building maintenance including installation, Testing commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Central Air Conditioning plant/ Window & Split AC’s, Electrical Substation, Fire fighting & Fire Protection System, Fire detection, Diesel Generator sets, Lifts, Water Supply & disposal Pumps, Internal & External Electrification, UPS, Servo Stabilizers and other Electromechanical appliances. Should have experience of tendering for above works and liasoning with various licensing agencies and also able to handle House keeping & Security Services.
Scale of Pay : E-2 RS. 20600 to 46500/- per month.
Age Limit : Maximum 30 years as on 01.07.2010.
