How to apply for above post:
Eligibility as per DCI norms and Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University Act-2002 shall be applicable. Details including format of applications can be obtained from the B-Section of the office of the Registrar on payment of Rs. 200/- for teaching posts through demand draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, CSMMU, UP, payable at Lucknow. Application should be sent alongwith processing fee Rs. 1000/- D.D. drawn in favour of Finance Officer, CSMMU, UP, Lucknow payable at Lucknow to the Registrar, CSMMU, UP, Lucknow- 226003 to reach not later than 10.12.2008. All the attested photocopy of supporting documents must be enclosed with the application form in support of entry filled by the applicant in the application from.
