Border Security Force, BSF, Applications are invited from male Indian citizens for the following 249 posts in BSF Water Wing Staff Group B&C Combatised posts : Sub-Inspector Master, Sub-Inspector Engine Driver, Head Constable Master, Head Constable Engine Driver, Head Constable Workshop, Constable Crew

1. Sub-Inspector (SI) (Master) :
No of post : 13 posts (UR-9, OBC-3, SC-1),
Age Limit : Between 20 to 28 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelors Degree and 2nd Class Master Certificate.

2. Sub-Inspector Engine Driver :
No of post : 13 posts (UR-9, OBC-3, SC-1),
Age Limit : Between 20 to 25 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelors Degree and 1st Class Engine Driver Certificate.

3. Head Constable Master :
No of post : 64 posts (UR-25, OBC-25, SC-7, ST-7),
Age Limit : Between 20 to 25 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Matriculation (ii) Serang Certificate.

4. Head Constable Engine Driver :
No of post : 64 posts (UR-29, OBC-15, SC-8, ST-4),
Age Limit : Between 20 to 25 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Matriculation (ii) Possessing IInd Class Engine Driver Certificate.

5. Head Constable Workshop :
No of post : 11 posts in various trades.
Age Limit : Between 20 to 25 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Matriculation (ii) ITI Diploma in Motor Mechanic (Diesel Engine/ Machinist/ Welder/ Machine shop/ Carpentry/ Electrician/ Fitter/ Air Conditioner Technician/ Electronics/ Plumbing/ Upholstering/ Painting

6. Constable Crew :
No of post : 80 posts (UR-35, OBC-24, SC-9, ST-12),
Age Limit : Between 20 to 25 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Matriculation (ii) One year experience in operating of Boat below 265 HP as a Sukhani or Greaser (iii) Should know Swimming and posses a certificate in this regard.
