National Highways Authority of India, NHAI, invites applications for one (01) post of Chief General Manager (Administration and Human Resource) The period of appointment on selection shall be for an initial period of 3 years, extendable by two more years with the approval of the Government, subject to satisfactory performance. There shall be no bar to an officer getting a second term after going through the due process of selection. post : Chief General Manager

Chief General Manager :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not more than 56 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37400 to 67000/- per month with Grade Pay Rs. 10,000/- (in CDA pattern)
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree of a recognized University.
Desirable Educational Qualification:- (a) Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University / Institute; or (b) Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute.
