Essential Qualification : Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with a B.Ed/M.Ed in Special Education / Post Graduate diploma in related fields of National Trust Act, 1999/ Master Degree in Sociology, Education, or Psychology. Publication of research papers in reputed professional journals shall be considered as additional qualification. At least 15 years experience in disability sector of which at least 10 years should be in one or more sectors in the field of autism, cerebral palsy, mental retardation and multiple disabilities at a senior executive level in a national level organization.
Desirable Qualifications : Ph.D. or Post Graduate degree / Post Graduate diploma in related field of National Trust Act, 1999 and approved by Rehabilitation Council of India.

I am a retired Gp Capt from IAF and have been flying helicopters since 2008 in civil.
Presently based in Delhi and looking for a suitable job.
I am not meeting requirement for the job as I am not B Ed or M Ed but do meet other requirements.
