Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (formerly Bangalore Mass Rapid Transit Limited), a joint venture of Government of India and Government of Karnataka is the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of Bangalore Metro Rail Project.
