Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd, MRVC, A PSU of Govt. of India, Ministry of Railways set up to execute a number of Suburban Rail improvement projects for enhancing Suburban Rail Transportation capacity, invites applications from eligible Indian nationals, either on regular, or on deputation from State Central Government / Public Sector Undertakings. or on contractual basis, to the post of Company Secretary, as per the following terms and conditions.
Company Secretary :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : Pay Band Rs. 32,900 to 58,000/- per month (IDA).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Fellow / Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. LLB/LLM would be added advantage. Experience Minimum post-qualification experience in the relevant fields required is 10 years in the organizations of repute. Experience of working in Central/ State Government Companies is desirable, but not essential.
