Central Adoption Resource Authority, CARA, An autonomous body which deals with all matters concerning Child Adoption in India, urgently requires CONSULTANTS purely on contract basis. post : Consultant, Inspection & Monitoring, Training & Development, Programme Assistant/Support Staff, Support Service Staff
1. Inspection & Monitoring :
No of post : 03 Posts
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 40 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20,000 to 40,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Management / Economics / Commerce / or equivalent in related field. Minimum 03 year experience in conducting of inspections, monitoring activities, management information system, financial and accounts management in Govt. / Autonomous bodies / PSUs / Private organization / International NGOs.
2. Training & Development :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 65 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20,000 to 40,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master degree in Social work / Sociology / Psychology or equivalent in related field. Minimum working experience of 3 years in the field of child related issues in Govt. / Autonomous bodies / PSYs / Private organizations / International NGOs.
3. Programme Assistant/Support Staff :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 65 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20,000 to 40,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor�s degree and Minimum experience of 03 years in the field of programmedevelopment, management of services and record in Government / Autonomous bodies / PSUs / Private organization / International NGOs.
4. Support Service Staff :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 35 years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 05,000 to 12,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation and have Minimum experience of 03 years in Government / Autonomous bodies / PSUs / Private organisations / International NGOs. Any other task that may be assigned in the exigencies of work.
