Indian Institute of Science Education & Research, IISER, The Centre of Excellence in Space Sciences, India (CESSI) is a multi-institutional Centre of Excellence hosted by the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Kolkata and has been established through funding from the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The centre invites applications from Indian nationals for the following position on contract basis. post : System Administrator Linux, Managerial Secretary

1. System Administrator (Linux) :
No of post : 01 post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 35,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : BCA, BTech, BE, MTech, MCA, MSc (CS), MSc (Physics) Experience with diverse operating system such as Linux, Unix, Windows
Desirable : 01-03 years in Linux System Administration. Strong performance tuning skills for Linux / Unix. Candidate must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and Trouble-shooting skills. Ability to work independently.

2. Managerial Secretary :
No of post : 01 post
Scale of Pay : Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor degree from a recognized University.
Desirable : MBA or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Local & English language with a pleasing personality. Liaison with various agencies, organising of seminar, conference, etc. Familiarity with word, excel, powerpoint. Good English writing ability.
