High Court of Delhi, invite Applications from eligible candidates for empanelment in the Panel. The present strength of the panel, eligibility for empanelment.
 
1. Senior Standing Counsel :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Advocate must have Minimum experience of 07 years and should be an income tax payee, at least for the last four years and having minimum net income of at least Rs. 4.5 lacs in any two years from legal profession.
Scale of Pay : Monthly Rs. 30,000/-plus additional professional fee of Rs. 2,500/- per day. maximum cap of Rs. 65,000/- per month.

2. Standing Counsel (Company Court) :
No of Post : 06 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Advocate must have Minimum experience of 04 years and should be an income tax payee for two years and having minimum net income of at east Rs.3 lacs in any year from legal profession.
Scale of Pay : Monthly retainer fee of Rs.20,000/- plus additional professional fee of Rs. 1,800/- per day. maximum cap of Rs. 45,000/- per month.

3. Drafting Counsel :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Advocate must have Minimum experience of 03 years and should be an income tax payee for at least two years with taxable income from profession. He/she should have good command over English and his/her drafting skill and knowledge about company and commercial laws will be tested.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20,000/- per month fixed.

4. Addl. Standing Counsel (DRT) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Advocate must have Minimum experience of 04 years and should be an income tax payee for at least two years and having minimum net income of atleast Rs.2.50 lacs in any year from legal profession.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20,000/- per month plus additional professional fee of Rs. 1,500/- per day if they attend three or more cases on a single day, subject to maximum cap of Rs. 40,000/- per month.

5. Addl.Standing Counsel (District Court) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Advocate must have Minimum experience of 03 years and should be an income tax payee for one year and having income of at least Rs. 2 lacs in any year from legal profession.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20,000/- per month fixed.

How to apply for above post :
Advocates who are interested to be empanelled as above, may submit their applications alongwith the necessary documents to the Official Liquidator at the above mentioned address. The present panel of advocates will also be eligible for consideration. The last date for submission of applications is 31st January, 2011.
