A. STATE LEVEL – State Mission Management Unit (SMMU) :
1. Project Director :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Between 25 to 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 50,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management or Economics or Social Work or Sociology or Rural Management or Rural Development having at least 7 years experience in rural development programme,

2. State Programme Manager – Social Mobilisation :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Between 25 to 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management or Economics/ Agriculture or Social Work or Sociology or Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development or in relevant domain from an Institute of repute with minimum 7 years of experience of working in relevant field.

3. State Programme Manager – Livelihoods :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Between 25 to 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management or Economics/ Agriculture or Social Work or Sociology or Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development or in relevant domain from an Institute of repute with minimum 7 years of experience of working in relevant field.

4. State Programme Manager – Social Development :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Between 25 to 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management or Economics/ Agriculture or Social Work or Sociology or Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development or in relevant domain from an Institute of repute with minimum 7 years of experience of working in relevant field.

5. State Programme Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Between 25 to 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management or Economics/ Agriculture or Social Work or Sociology or Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development or in relevant domain from an Institute of repute with minimum 7 years of experience of working in relevant field.

6. State Programme Manager- Procurement :

Age Limit : Between 25 to 50 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management or Economics/ Agriculture or Social Work or Sociology or Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development or in relevant domain from an Institute of repute with minimum 7 years of experience of working in relevant field.

B. DISTRICT LEVEL – District Mission Management Unit (DMMU) :
1. District Programme Manager :
No of post : 17 posts
Age Limit : Between 21 to 40 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 40,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management or Economics or Agriculture or Social Work or Public Administration or Sociology or Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development from an Institute of repute with minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field.

2. District Functional Manager (Training and Capacity Building) :
No of post : 01 post
Age Limit : Between 21 to 40 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate Degree in Management or Economics or Agriculture or Social Work or Public Administration or Sociology or Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development or Social work from an Institute of repute with minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field.

3. District Functional Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation) :
No of post : 04 posts
Age Limit : Between 21 to 40 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management or Economics or Agriculture or Social Work or Public Administration or Sociology or Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development or Social work from an Institute of repute with minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field.

4. District Functional Manager (Microfinance) (For district Mewat) :

Age Limit : Between 21 to 40 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management or Economics or Agriculture or Social Work or Public Administration or Sociology or Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development or Social work from an Institute of repute with minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field.

C. BLOCK LEVEL – Block Mission Management Unit (BMMU) :
1. Block Program Manager :
No of post : 38 posts
Age Limit : Between 21 to 40 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Management/Economics/Agriculture/Public Administration/ Social Work/ Sociology/Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development/ Social Work from an Institute of repute with minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field.

2. Cluster Coordinator :
No of post : 83 posts
Age Limit : Between 21 to 40 Years.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate or MSW or PG Diploma in Rural Development. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in Rural Development or any Govt. /Semi Govt. Mass Campaign program or with reputed NGO. Preference will be given to the candidate who is desirous of working in the rural area for poverty alleviation programme.
