Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, IIIT Delhi, Applications are invited for the position of Deputy General Manager/ Senior Manager at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIIT-D), a state University recently created by an Act of Delhi Govt. IIIT-D is a research-led institute, fashioned after IITs.
 
1. Deputy General Manager : 
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A postgraduate degree with 1st division marks or equivalent grade. At least 15 years of administrative/teaching experience, with at least five (05) years of administrative experience at the level of Assistant Registrar/ Senior Manager/ Manager or equivalent/above.
Scale of Pay : Scale of Pay : Rs. 23,200 to 46,700/- equivalent to PB-3 with grade pay of 7,600 in Govt) depending upon the experience. In addition, DA will be applicable as per Central Govt rates. Other benefits like HRA, LTC, etc, which are generally same as in IITs, will also be applicable. Advance increments may be granted to deserving candidate.
Age Limit : The applicant should not be more than 50 years of age. Deputy General Manager, appointment will be either on deputation or on contract for a period of up to five years, which can be renewed. The age of retirement will be 60 years.

2. Senior Manage :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : A postgraduate degree with 1st division marks or equivalent grade. At least 10 years of administrative/teaching experience, with at least three (03) years of administrative experience at the level of Assistant Registrar/ Manager/ Dy. Manager or equivalent/above.
Scale of Pay :  Rs. 22,200 to 45,700 (equivalent to PB-3 with grade pay of 6,600 in Govt) depending upon the experience. In addition, DA will be applicable as per Central Govt rates. Other benefits like HRA, LTC, etc, which are generally same as in IITs, will also be applicable. Advance increments may be granted to deserving candidate.
Age Limit : The applicant should not be more than 45 years of age. The appointment will be either on deputation or on contract for a period of up to five years, which can be renewed. The age of retirement will be 60 years.
