Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), invites applications for the following posts :

1. Director (Academics) : 01 post, Age : 45 years, Scale Pay Band : Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay – 10000, EXPERIENCE: 15 years teaching / research / industry experience OR 10 Years teaching / research / industry experience if the candidate possesses a Ph.D degree or Fellowship of IIM.
Qualification: A graduate degree from a recognized university and a post graduate degree in Law with atleast 50% marks “OR” A graduate degree / postgraduate degree with at least 50% marks from recognized university and final pass of the CS/CA/CWA Examination .
2. Joint Director (Publications) : 01 post, Age : 45 years, Scale Pay Band : Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay – 8700,  Should have 10 years experience of which 5 years relevant experience  in a Senior Executive  position in Industry / Academic Institutions / Professional bodies / Associations of similar nature &  with proven leadership qualities.
Qualification: ACS  ‘”or” PG degree in Economics / Commerce / Management / Law.
3. Joint Director (Council Affairs) : 01 post, Age : 45 years, Scale Pay Band : Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay – 8700, Well conversant with reporting & coordination with  higher levels . The job contents would include constant interaction  with the Secretary of the Institute in all matters relating to the Council . The candidate should also have capability of coordinating within the Institute with all the Directorates and possess requisite abilities.
Qualification: ACS  ”or” PG degree in Economics / Commerce / Management.
4. Joint Director : 01 post, Age : 45 years, Scale Pay Band : Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay – 8700, The details regarding this post will be displayed  shortly.

5. Desk Officer (Fin. & A/Cs) : 01 post, Age : 35 years, Scale Pay Band : Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay – 4800, 5 years experience  in reputed Firms/Academic or Professional Institutes/ Industry.
Qualification:   B.Com & Final pass of the CA/ ICWA examinations “OR “ M. Com with 50% marks.
