1.Assistant Director : 
No of Post : 02 posts for STs,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with Fellow of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai or equivalent. Must have 03 years of relevant experience in the Insurance industry.
Scale of Pay : RS. 13700-700(9)-20000-EB-700(2)-21400-750(4)-24400 (16Y).
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years as on 31st January, 2010 after relaxation as per rules of Govt. of India.

2. Deputy Director :
No of Post : 02 posts for SCs,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with Fellow of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai or equivalent. Must have 10 years of relevant experience in the Insurance industry.
Scale of Pay : RS. 24875-800(5)-28875-900(5)-34275 (11Y).
Age Limit : Not more than 50 years as on 31st January, 2010 after relaxation as per rules of Govt. of India.
