Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA From a recognized University. Must have Electrical / Machanical / Civil Engineering ( Bachelor’s Degree). Must have 25 years experience of power sector/20 years in power distribution sector and 03 years at the GM/ED level and above.
Age Limit : Between 45 to 58 years.

2. Director Project UPCL :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA From a recognized University. Must have Electrical / Machanical / Civil Engineering ( Bachelor’s Degree). Must have 25 years experience of power sector/15 years in Rural and 02 electrical distribution sector.
Age Limit : Between 45 to 58 years.

3. Director Operation UPCL :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA From a recognized University. Must have Electrical Engineering ( Bachelor’s Degree). Must have 25 years experience of power sector/02 years at the GM/ED level and above.
Age Limit : Between 45 to 58 years.

4. Director HR UPCL :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA (HR)/PM & IR From a Power sector exposure. Must have 25 years experience in HR cum personnel function.
Age Limit : Between 45 to 58 years.

5. Director Finance UPCL :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : MBA with specialized qualification in finance or ca/icwa from a recognized University, a Power sector exposure. Must have 25 years experience in relating to specialized exposure in Project management, loan and 02 yers as an GM/ED level and above.
