Export Inspection Council, EIC, Applications are invited from eligible and experienced person for the following posts :

A. Assistant Director Technical :
No of Post : 09 posts (UR-7, ST-1, OBC-1),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Technology or post graduate in Science or its equivalent. About 5 years experience in inspection, standardization, testing etc. experience in the respective fields. Probation 02 years (subject to extension).
Pay of Scale: Rs. Rs. 15600 to 39100 grade pay Rs. 5400/-,
Age Limit : Between 25 to 35 years (up to 40 years for SC candidates),

B. Technical Officer :
No of Post : 19 posts (UR-9, SC-3, ST-3, OBC-4),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering/ Technology / Degree in Science (Preferable Honours/ post graduate)/ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent. About 3 years experience in standardization, testing, inspection in the respective field. Probation 02 years (subject to extension).
Pay of Scale : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- grade pay Rs. 4200/-,
Age Limit : Between 25 to 35 years (relaxation as per rules),

C. Junior Scientific Assistant :
No of Post : 02 posts (UR),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering/ Technology / Degree in Science (Preferable Honours/ post graduate)/ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent. Experience of testing. Probation 02 years (subject to extension).
Pay of Scale : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- grade pay Rs. 4200/-,
Age Limit : 20 to 30 years (relaxation as per rules),

Fees : Rs. 500/- by Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of Export Inspection Council of India payable at Delhi to the Additional Director, Export Inspection Council of India, 3rd Floor, NDYMCA Cultural Centre Building, 1 Jai Singh Road, New Delhi-110001. The SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted.

Last Date of Application Submission : within 30 days or upto 30.04.2010.
