Qualification:Graduation in any discipline with 60% or above marks and 2 years full time MBA or equivalent with specialisation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from IIMs/ XLRI/ XISS/ XIM or MA (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from TISS or an equivalent PG Degree/ Diploma from recognised University/ AICTE approved Institution, with not less than 60% in the PG Degree/ Diploma in aggregate.
