Central Institute of Hand Tools, CIHT, Applications are invited from the Indian Nationals for the following posts in the Institute on contract basis.

1. Assistant Director Training :
No of Post : 01 post For (OBC-1),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mechanical/Production/Electronic/Electrical Engg. or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. 03 Years practical experience in a supervisory capacity in Tool Production/Designing/Training in Tool Room & Training Centre. Exposure in CAD / CAM.
Desirable : Post Graduate Diploma in Tool Design/Production/CAD/CAM or equivalent from recognized Institution.
Scale of Pay : RS. 15600 to 39100 + Grade Pay RS. 5400/-,
Age Limit : Maximum age 35 years as on 31.03.2010.

2. Engineer Training :
No of Post : 01 post For (SC-1),
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree/Diploma in Tool & Die Making/Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. Nil for Degree and 3 Years for Diploma holders in Tool Room / Recognized Technical Training Institutions.
Desirable : Post Diploma in Tool Design/Production/CAD/CAM or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
Scale of Pay : RS. 9300 to 34800 + Grade Pay RS. 4200/-,
Age Limit : Maximum age 30 years as on 31.03.2010.
