I. Executive Director :
No of Post : 28 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 54 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 28 years of post qualification executive experience.
II. General Manager in various disciplines :
No of Post : 22 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 48 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Production & Industrial Engineering discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates having knowledge of SAP-PP module will be preferred. The incumbent should have minimum 22 years of post qualification executive experience.
III. General Manager :
No of Post : 22 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 48 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Production & Industrial Engineering discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates having knowledge of SAP-PP module will be preferred. The incumbent should have minimum 22 years of post qualification executive experience.
IV. Dy General Managers : 
No of Post : 19 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 45 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics & Communication discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 22 & 19 years of post qualification executive experience for GM & DGM respectively.
V. Executive Directors :
No of Post : 28 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 54 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Chartered Accountant/ Cost accountant with proven skills in the entire areas of Finance Management with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.  Candidates having qualification of Company Secretary will be an added advantage. The incumbent should have minimum 28 years of post qualification executive experience at senior level in the large Manufacturing, Public Sector Companies and should be familiar with relevant accounting / audit guidelines and procedures.
VI. Executive Directors HR :
No of Post : 28 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 54 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/Personnel Management (2 yrs full time)  with specialization in Industrial Relations/ HR / OB with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates possessing a degree in Law will be preferred.
VII. Senior Managers :
No of Post : 13 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 38 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience in Production/ Overhauling of heavy automobiles/ Tanks/ ICV BMP. Candidates possessing experience in Army Base Workshop will be preferred.
VIII. DGM Tank Related :
No of Post : 19 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 45 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 16 years of post qualification executive experience, out of which 5 years in Production/ Overhauling of heavy automobiles/ Tanks/ ICV BMP.
IX. AGM Tank Related :
No of Post : 16 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 41 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 16 years of post qualification executive experience, out of which 5 years in Production/ Overhauling of heavy automobiles/ Tanks/ ICV BMP.
X. Chief General Manager :
No of Post : 25 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 51 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 25 years of post qualification executive experience.
XI. Assistant General Manager :
No of Post : 16 posts,
Age Limit : Maximum age is 41 years only.
Essential Qualification & Experience : first class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 16 years of post qualification executive experience.
