National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited, NHPC, a ‘MINIRATNA’ premier hydropower utility with ability to construct hydro projects from concept to commissioning, urgently requires experienced Design Engineers – Civil / Hydro Mechanical purely on Fixed Tenure Basis for a period of one year, which may be extended by another one year, based on the requirement.
 
1. Design Engineer of Civil Engineering :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE. Must have experience 2 years.
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 40 years as on 01.04.2010.
Scale of Pay : The candidates selected for the post will be paid all-inclusive monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30000/- per month.

2. Design Engineer of Hydro/ Mechanical Engineering :
No of Post : 03 posts, 
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE. Must have experience 2 years.
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 40 years as on 01.04.2010.
Scale of Pay : The candidates selected for the post will be paid all-inclusive monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30000/- per month.

Date of Interview :
The Candidates will have to appear for interview on 06.05.2010 at 09.30 am at NHPC Corporate Office, Faridabad.
