Finance
(Dy. Manager / Manager)
CA / ICWA/ MBA in Finance (except obtained through correspondence) with
experience in handling portfolio management, equity research and fund management in some Asset Management Company / Bank/ Financial Institution.

Construction- Safety
(Safety Engineer/Safety Officer, Sr. Safety Engineer/ Sr. Safety Officer ,
Dy. Manager, Manager , Sr. Manager)

Engineering Graduate / Degree in Science with Diploma in Industrial safety / NEBOSH Diploma or Certificate / British Safety Council Diploma or Certificate with experience at various project construction sites like refinery, petrochemicals, Fertilizer / Chemicals, Oil & Gas etc.

Construction- Safety
(Safety Supervisor)
3 years Diploma Holder in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering with additional
qualifications of Safety diploma / certificate from National Safety Council or equivalent with relevant experience in establishing & administrating safety practices at various construction sites of refineries, petrochemicals, chemical processing plants etc.

Library (Dy. Manager)
BSc in Physical Science with additional qualification of Post Graduate Degree in Library & Information Science or its equivalent such as Associateship in Documentation & Information Science (recognized by Govt. of India). He should have worked either in a technical library or a university library in a responsible position.

Alumina Specialist
(Dy. Manager/ Manager/ Sr. Manager)
The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Chemical Discipline having relevant experience of working in Operation & Technical services of processing units of an alumina refinery or design & engineering services of a large consultancy organizations in the field of alumina refinery and be conversant with development of PFDs, P&Ids, technology selection, process design, equipment sizing & selection, engineering and commissioning.

Aluminium Specialist
(Sr. Engineer/Dy. Manager/ Manager/ Sr. Manager)
The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Metallurgy Discipline having
relevant experience of working in Operation & Technical services of processing units of an Aluminium Smelter plant or design & engineering services of a large consultancy organisations in the field Smelter Project and be conversant with development of PFDs P&Ids, technology selection, process design, equipment sizing & selection, engineering and commissioning.

POWER PLANT
(Dy Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager)
Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical Discipline having relevant experience in design of co-generation / combined cycle power plant including system configuaration optimization, heat & mass balance, preparation of process flow diagrams, P&I diagrams, conceptual plant layout, control & safety interlocks, etc. Proficiency in computer oriented analysis and design work is essential. Related experience in consultancy organisation shall be preferred.

HR
(Sr. Officer, Dy. Manager, Manager, Sr.Manager, Asst. General Manager, Dy. General Manager)
The candidate should possess Degree in Engineering/ MBA degree with HR
specialization ( except obtained through correspondence) /Post Graduate degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare or equivalent and should possess relevant post-qualification experience in a large organization.

Engineering–Pipeline
(Engineer, Sr. Engineer, Dy. Manager)
Engineering Graduate in Mechanical Discipline having experience in onshore/offshore pipeline involving Route Survey, Alignment Sheets, equipment/piping layouts. Knowledge of pipeline specialty items and piping materials. Material take-off, stress analysis using Caesar-II/ Autopipe. Awareness of ASME B31.4/B31.8 and OISD codes is required.
