National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, NIT, Applications are invited from distinguished engineers in-service or Retired Engineers from the CPWD / State PWD or similar organized services / Semi-Government / PSU / Statutory or Autonomous Organization / University / Institutions of National Importance / Reputed Organization under Central / State Government for the appointment of following posts in Planning and Development of the Institute infrastructure (Civil Works / Electrical Works) post : Superintending Engineer (Civil), Executive Engineer (Civil), Executive Engineer (Electrical)
1. Superintending Engineer (Civil) :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : PB 3 Rs. 37,400 to 67000/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have passed First Class M.Tech / B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute. 10 years experience out of which 5 years in relevant field as Engineer / Assistant Engineerand 5 years as Executive Engineer its equivalent from CPWD / State PWD or similar organized services / semi-Govt. / PSU / Statutory or Autonomous organization / University / reputed Institute or organizations under Central / State Govt.
2 . Executive Engineer (Civil) :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : PB 3 Rs. 15,600 to 39,100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 7,600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have passed First Class B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute. 10 years experience out of which 5 years in relevant field as Engineer / Assistant Engineerand 5 years as Executive Engineer its equivalent from CPWD / State PWD or similar organized services / semi-Govt. / PSU / Statutory or Autonomous organization / University / reputed Institute or organizations under Central / State Govt.
3. Executive Engineer (Electrical) :
No of post : 01 Post
Scale of Pay : PB 3 Rs. 15,600 to 39,100/- per month Grade Pay Rs. 7,600/-,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have passed First Class B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute. 10 years experience out of which 5 years in relevant field as Engineer / Assistant Engineerand 5 years as Executive Engineer its equivalent from CPWD / State PWD or similar organized services / semi-Govt. / PSU / Statutory or Autonomous organization / University / reputed Institute or organizations under Central / State Govt.
