Qualification: 4-years degree course in BE/B.Tech with first class, (minimum 60% marks) in Electrical Engineering, from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.

Qualification: B.A./B.Sc./B.Com from a Govt. recognized University/Institute

Name of the Post: Customer Relations Assistant (CRA)

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a govt. recognized University, with minimum 60% marks, and computer literacy (Certificate in Computer Appreciation Course of a minimum 6 weeks duration course from reputed Computer Training Institute e.g. NIIT, APTECH, CMC, ET & T etc.)
