Scale of Pay : Assistant Professor / Sr. Lecturer/ Lecturer: Candidates will be paid as per the Sixth Pay Scale of Govt. of India and as per CIPET guide lines. Assistant Professor in the pay band of Rs. 15600-39100 & GP of Rs. 7600/- ,Sr. Lecturers in the pay band of Rs. 15600 – 39100 & GP of Rs. 6600/- and Lecturers in the pay band of Rs. 15600-39100 & GP of Rs. 5400/- with DA. The total emolument at present comes to Rs. 50740/-, Rs. 43602/- and Rs. 36120/- for Assistant Professor, Sr. Lecturer and Lecturer respectively. Other facilities will be provided as per CIPET norms.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.E. / M.Tech. / Ph.D. in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Mechatronics. And M.E. / M.Tech. in Metallurgy / Corrosion Engineering with B.E. / B.Tech. Candidates should possess full-time, 1st Class qualification in both UG & PG Level, with a minimum of ten years, five years and two years relevant experience in teaching & research for Assistant Professors, Sr. Lecturers and Lecturers respectively. Candidate with Ph.D. in respective disciplines will be given preference.
