IIT Gandhinagar (Gujarat) invites applications from well qualified candidates for faculty positions at the level of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in its various disciplines.
DISCIPLINES: Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Humanities & Social Sciences (Economics, English, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology)
Qualification: Ph.D. with First class or equivalent (in terms of Grades etc.) at the preceeding degree in the appropriate branch, where relevant, and with a very good academic record throughout.
Scale of Pay:
Professor : Rs.1840050022400
Associate Professor : Rs.1640045020000 Plus Allowances as admissible to Central Government employees.
Assistant Professor : Rs.1200042018300
