Defence Institute Of Advanced Technology, DIAT, Deemed University, Pune invites applications from well qualified candidates for faculty positions at the level of Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in these various academic Departments :

Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in these various academic Departments :
i. Aerospace Engineering,
ii. Computer Engineering,
iii. Electronics Engineering,
iv. Mechanical Engineering and Applied Chemistry.

I. Professor :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- per month.
Age limit :- Professor Preferably below 50 years.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the appropriate branch of Engg., / Tech., and experience of 10 years in teaching, research and / or industry, out of which at least 5 years shall be at the level of Reader / Associate Professor or equivalent grade.

II. Associate Professor :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37,400 to 67,000/- per month.
Age limit :- Associate Professor Preferably below 45 years.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the appropriate branch of Engg., / Tech., and experience of 5 years in teaching, research and / or industry at the level of Lecturer/Assistant Professor or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining the research degree.

III. Assistant Professor :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15,600 to 39,100/- per month.
Age limit :- Assistant Professor Preferably below 40 years.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D Degree with a First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engg., & Tech.*, and experience of 2 years in teaching, research and/or industry at the level of Lecturer or equivalent grade;
