1. Professor :
No of Post : 03 posts (Gen-01, OBC-01, SC-01) (Un-revised) (Deptt. of Visual Impairment – 01, Hearing Impairment – 01 & Mental Retardation – 01),
Essential Qualification & Experience :
a) Should have completed at least 5 years of experience as Reader in Special Education in relevant disability area.
b) Eminent scholar with published work of high quality, actually engaged in research at doctoral level.
Scale of Pay : RS. 16400-450-20000/-,

2. Reader :
No of Post : 03 posts (Gen-01, OBC-01 & SC-01) (Un-revised) (Deptt. of Visual Impairment – 01, Hearing Impairment – 01 & Mental Retardation – 01),
Essential Qualification & Experience :
a) Masters Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% of marks.
b) M.Ed. Degree in specific disability area with not less than 55% of marks Or an equivalent grade of B in 7-point scale. Or An equivalent degree from a foreign University recognized by RCI.
c) Ph.D. in Education with research emphasis on Special Education.
d) Should have completed at least 5 years of experience as Lecturer in specific disability area.
e) Should have completed at least one general orientation course and two refresher courses in education/special education of UGC.
Scale of Pay : RS. 12375-450-16500/-,

3. Lecturer : 04 posts (Gen-01, OBC-01 & SC-02), (Un-revised) (Deptt. of Hearing Impairment- 02 Mental Retardation – 01 & Visual Impairment – 01),
Essential Qualification & Experience :
a) Masters Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% of marks.
b) M.Ed. Degree in specific disability area with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade of B or 7-point scale. Or An equivalent degree from a foreign University recognized by RCI.
Scale of Pay : RS. 8000-275-13500/-,

The candidates must mention their name, father’s/husband’s name and address on the reverse of the demand draft. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category are not required to pay any fee.
