Employee’s State Insurance Corporation, ESIC, is a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament (ESI Act, 1948) and works under the administrative control of Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Employees’ State Insurance Corporation proposes to recruit the
teaching faculty positions in 07 ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Science & Research located at Delhi, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu & Karnataka on direct recruitment basis.
 
1. Professor :
No of Post : 59 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 10000/- per month.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 50 years. Relaxable up to 5 Years for employees of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation and the Govt. Servants.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Act).
(ii) A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognised qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/ allied discipline.

2. Associate Professor :
No of Post : 50 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 10000/- per month.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 50 years. Relaxable up to 5 Years for employees of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation and the Govt. Servants.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Act). A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognised qualification equivalent thereto in the respective subject/ discipline.
