Gautam Buddh Technical University, GBTU, Applications on the prescribed forms are invited for the following posts latest by 4.00 p.m. on Friday, the 22nd October 2010.
 
A. Professor Architecture :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP RS. 10000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; (ii) Master’s Degree in Architecture and (iii) Ph.D. in Architecture or published research works in referred journals / significant professional work be which can be considered equivalent to Ph.D. In case the candidate is Ph.D .- 10 years’ experience in Teaching/ Practice/ Research out of which 5 years must be at the level of Associate Professor (earlier designated as Assistant Professor or Reader) or equivalent.

B. Associate Professor Architecture) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP RS. 9000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; (ii) Master’s Degree in Architecture and OR (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; (ii) First Class Master’s Degree in Architecture. Must have 8 years’ experience in Teaching/ Practice/ Research at
the level of Assistant Professor (earlier designated as Lecturer) or equivalent.

C. Assistant Professor (Architecture):
No of Post : 02 posts,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 AGP Rs. 6000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; (ii) First Class Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Desirable: One Year of Teaching Experience as a Visiting Teacher.

D. Assistant Professor (Arts) :
No of Post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 AGP Rs. 6000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts (Painting/ Sculpture)/Applied Art (Minimum of Four Years degree course OR Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts(Painting / Sculpture) / Applied Arts (Minimum of Four years degree course)
and (iii) First Class Master’s Degree in Fine Arts (Painting /  Sculpture) / Applied Arts.
Desirable: One Year of Teaching Experience as a Visiting Teacher.

Fees : Bank Draft drawn in favour of ‘The Principal, Lucknow College of Architecture’ made payable at Lucknow for an amount of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 100/-in case of candidates from SC/ST Category) towards the ‘Application Fee’.
