Indian Institute of Technology, IIT, Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the posts of Associate Professor and Professor in the disciplines of Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics & Statistics, Chemistry and Physics.
 
1. Professor :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 10500/- per month,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D.  in relevant specilisation and first class in the preceding degree and good academic record throughout. 
Experience: 10 years in teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/ Scientific Officer/ Senior Design Engineer.

2. Assistant Professor :
Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100 AGP Rs.8000,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. in the relavant specialisation and and first class in the preceding degree and good academic record throughout.
Experience: 3 years in teaching/ research/ industrial experience.

3. Assistant Professor (Contracts) :
Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100 AGP Rs.6000,
Essential Qualification & Experience :  Must be Graduate  from any recognized University. OR Fresh Ph.D.

4. Project Officer :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 70000/- per month on consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience :  Must be Graduate  from any recognized University.

5. Associate Project Officer :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 50000/- per month on consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience :  Must be Graduate  from any recognized University.

6. Assistant Project Officer :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 35000/- per month on consolidated.
Essential Qualification & Experience :  Must be Graduate  from any recognized University.

7. Associate Professor :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 9500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. in relevant specilisation and first class in the preceding degree and good academic record throughout.  Experience: 6 years in teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/ Scientific Officer/ Senior Design Engineer.
