SCALES OF PAY AND OTHER BENEFITS:
Experience:
1. Assistant Professor (Grade: Rs. 12,000-420-18,300)*: Minimum of 3 years Teaching / Research / Industrial Experience.
2. Lecturer (Grade: Rs. 10,000-325-15,200)*: Fresh Ph.D. in concerned subject. The Lecturer is not a regular cadre and the appointment would be made on contract for a limited period not exceeding five years. *(Likely to be revised)

Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. with first division at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with excellent academic record throughout.
All posts carry pay, allowances and perks as approved by the Board of Governors, ABV-IIITM Gwalior. Faculty is allowed the privilege of consultancy similar to those available in IITs.
