Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, MGKVP, Applications are invited form Interested and eligible candidates for the following faculty posts :
A. Professor :
No of Post : 06 posts (UR-2, SC-4),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 10000/- per month.
Age Limit : As per UGC of CSIR.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/ policy papers. (ii) A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/ college, and/or experience in research at the University/ National level institutions / industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
B. Reader (Associate Professor) :
No of Post : 08 posts (UR-6, OBC-2,SC-2),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 9000/- per month.
Age Limit : As per UGC of CSIR.
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Good academic record with doctoral degree, with performing ability of high professional standard. (ii) Eight years of experience of teaching in a University / College and/ or research in University / national level institutions excluding the period spent for the research degree of M.Phil./ Ph.D.
C. Lecturer (Assistant Professor) :
No of Post : 13 posts (UR-6, OBC-4, SC-2,ST-1),
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 AGP Rs. 6000/- per month.
Age Limit : As per UGC of CSIR.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
