1. Deputy Registrar :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters’ degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University / Institute. 09 years’ experience as Assistant Professor.

2. Assistant Registrar :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters’ degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University / Institute. 05 years’ supervisory experience.

3. Deputy Librarian :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 8000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters’ degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale or atleast 60% of the marks or its equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale and a consistently good academic record. Ten years experience as an Assistant University Librarian.

4. Assistant Librarian :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Masters’ degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale or atleast 60% of the marks or its equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale and a consistently good academic record. Ten years experience as an Assistant University Librarian.
Desirable : PG Diploma in Library Automation & Networking or PGDCA or equivalent.

5. Technical Assistant :
No of post : 31 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class Bachelor’s (Honors) Degree in Sciences or equivalent grade in relevant subject (trade) from a recognized University / Institute (Technical Assistant).

6. Junior Engineer :
No of post : 07 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with five years experience.

7. Technician :
No of post : 24 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 27 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class Bachelor’s (Honors) Degree in Sciences or equivalent grade in relevant subject (trade) from a recognized University / Institute (Technical Assistant).

8. Work Assistant :
No of post : 04 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 27 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class certificate course in library science with five years experience.

9. Driver :
No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Not exceeding 27 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class certificate course in library science with five years experience.

10. Superintendent :

Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class (Hons.) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent grade from a recognized University of Institute in any discipline (in universities without a system of Honours Degree, equivalent number of courses OR Master’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute with excellent academic record.

11. Accountant :

Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class (Hons.) 12. Junior Assistant :

Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent in any discipline with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. Hindi & English (on computer) and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
Desirable : Proficiency in other computer skills.

13. Stenographer :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : Not exceeding 27 years.
Scale of Pay : PB-2 Rs. 9300 to 34800/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized Board or university. Minimum speed in short hand 80 w.p.m. (English) in stenography and typing of 35 wpm in English on computer.
