National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, NIRD&PR, s country’s apex organization for training and research on rural development. Institute broadly follows UGC pay scales for academic positions. NIRD&PR invites applications in prescribed format for the following faculty posts on direct recruitment.

1. Assistant Professors :
No of post : 06 Posts (UR-3, OBC-1, SC-1 and ST-1)
Age Limit : As Per National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, NIRD&PR Rules & Regulations.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- plus grade pay Rs. 6000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D / Master’s Degree with Experience from a recognized University / Institute.

2. Associate Professors :
No of post : 06 Posts (UR-3, OBC-2 and SC-1)
Age Limit : As Per National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, NIRD&PR Rules & Regulations.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- plus grade pay Rs. 9000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D / Master’s Degree with Experience from a recognized University / Institute.
