National Institute of Technology, NIT, invites applications from Indian nationals possessing excellent academic background and commitment to quality teaching for the post of Asstt. Professor (On Contract basis) and Lecturer (On Contract basis) for the maximum period of 3 (three) years to be renewed annually for the following departments only:

For the following departments :
(i) Department of Computer Applications, (ii) Chemistry (iii) Humanities (English)
 
1. Assistant Professor :
No of Post : o3 posts on Contract basis.
Essential Qualification & Experience : MCA with First class or equivalent with two years experience or M.Phil / NET with First class Master’s degree in English or M.Phil / NET with First class Master’s Degree in Chemistry
Scale of Pay : Rs. 33,000/- per month (Consolidated),
Age Limit : AS Per UGC norms.

2. Lecturer :
No of Post : o1 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class Master’s Degree in Chemistry.
Scale of Pay : Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000/- per month (Consolidated),
Age Limit : AS Per UGC norms.
