1. Professor : In the following areas of specialization.
No of post : 05 Posts (Finance-1, Marketing-1, Strategy-1, Operations-1, Human Resource-1)
Age Limit : Retired Professors (upto 70 years of age) from IIMs.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37400 to 67000/- with AGP Rs. 10,500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum 10 years’ experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, NITIE, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs.

2. Associate Professor :
No of post : 13 Posts (Finance-3, Marketing-4, Strategy-4, Operations-1, Human Resource-1)
Age Limit : Retired Associate Professors (upto 70 years of age) from IIMs.
Scale of Pay : PB-4 Rs. 37400 to 67000/- with AGP Rs. 9,500/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum 6 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/ Senior Scientific Officer/ Senior Design Engineer.

3. Assistant Professor :
No of post : 13 Posts (Finance-3, Marketing-4, Strategy-4, Operations-1, Human Resource-1)
Age Limit : Retired Assistant Professors (upto 70 years of age) from IIMs.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- with AGP Rs. 8,000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum 3 years teaching / research / industrial experience (exclusive period of doing Ph.D).
