Part-A : In Agriculture / Horticulture / ABM / Agriculture Engineering.
1. Registrar :
No of post : 01 post
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- per month AGP Rs. 7600/-,
Age Limit : An candidate shall not be more than 50 years of age.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A Master Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent. Atleast 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor.

2. Professor (Veterinary) :

Pay Scale : Rs. 37400 to 67000/- per month AGP Rs. 10000/-,
Age Limit : An candidate shall be below 55 years of age.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D qualification(s) in theconcerned / relevant discipline and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and / or research / policy papers. A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university / college, and / or experience in research at the University / National level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.

3. Associate Professor (Veterinary) :

Age Limit : An candidate shall be below 45 years of age.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Good academic record with a Ph.D Degree in the concerned/relevant disciplines. A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University.

Apply Online at NAU website on or before 13.10.2013. The hard copy of the application supported with attested copies of certificates, pertaining to the qualifications and experience accompanied with the copy of the bank challan deposited in State Bank of India should reach to the Registrar, NAU, Navsari on or before 17.10.2013.

Fees/Application Fee:
The general candidates will have to pay Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 750 application fee + Rs. 250 processing fee) through a payment challan in any branch of SBI. There will be no application fee for SC /ST/ SEBC candidates, however, they will have to pay Rs. 250/- as processing fee.
