All Indian Institute of Speech and Hearing, AIISH, Director invites the application for an following posts on regular/deputation basis, from those talented citizens of India, who are committed to noble profession of teaching and train manpower in the area of Speech, Language and Hearing and to render service to the Institute to achieve its mission of reaching out to the Nation.
 
I. Professor : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 GP Rs. 7600 + NPA. Age Limit : Below 50 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) M.S (ENT) or an equivalent degree recognized by the Medical Council of India. (ii) 10 years of experience in postgraduate teaching and clinical work in a recognized institution / hospital.

II. Reader : No of Post : 05 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 GP Rs. 7600 + NPA for Medical subjects, Age Limit : Below 40 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) M.S (ENT) or an equivalent degree recognized by the Medical Council of India. (ii) Five years of experience in postgraduate/Graduate teaching and clinical work in a recognized institution / hospital.

III. Lecturer : No of Post : 13 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 GP Rs. 5400/-, Age Limit : Below 35 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) Master’s degree with 55% marks in speech and hearing or Audiology or Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent degree in the relevant area.  (b) 2 years teaching / research / clinical experience (for non Ph.D. candidates).

IV. Registrar : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 GP Rs. 6600/-, Age Limit : Below 50 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Graduate from a recognized university.  (ii) 8 years experience in Administration with at least 3 years of experience in a senior administrative position.

V. Assistant Audit Officer : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP Rs. 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 56 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Graduate from a recognized University (preferably in commerce) with SAS or 3 months training in cash and accountancy conducted by ISTM (ii) 3 years experience in accounts and audit (iii) Knowledge of work experience of government rules and regulations.

VI. Library and Information Officer : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 GP Rs. 6600/-, Age Limit : Below 40 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. with 3 years experience OR M. Lib. Science with 7 years experience.

VII. Senior Library and Information Assistant : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Degree of a recognized university. (ii) Degree in Library Science with one year’s professional experience or Diploma in Library Science with three years professional experience.

VIII. Speech Language Pathologist Gr.I : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4800/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc in Speech-Language Pathology OR M.Sc (Speech and Hearing) OR any other equivalent qualification.

IX. Audiologist Gr.I : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4800/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc in Audiology OR M.Sc (Speech and Hearing) OR any other equivalent qualification.

X. Speech Language Pathologist Gr.II : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc in Speech and Hearing OR its equivalent qualification.

XI. Audiologist Gr.II : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc in Speech and Hearing OR its equivalent qualification.
 
XII. Clinical Supervisor : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) M.Sc in Speech and Hearing (ii) Three year’s research / teaching experience.

XIII. Special Educator : No of Post : 06 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Early Child Education/Child Development OR B.S.Ed. (HI) / OR B.Ed. in Special Education OR other equivalent qualification recognized by RCI.

XIV. Clinical Psychologist Gr.II : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : II Class M.A. or M.Sc. in Psychology with clinical psychology as a special subject.

XV. Clinical Assistant : No of Post : 03 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : II Class B.Sc Degree in Speech and Hearing with two years experience in taking of history of cases, audiometry, speech therapy, routine testing, earmould making, maintenance of hearing aids for recognized institutes OR II Class M.Sc Degree in speech and hearing.

XVI. Research Assistant : No of Post : 03 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : II Class B.Sc Degree in Speech and Hearing with two years experience in taking of history of cases, audiometry, speech therapy, routine testing, earmould making, maintenance of hearing aids for recognized institutes OR II Class M.Sc Degree in Speech and Hearing.

XVII. Itinerant Speech Therapist : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 GP 4200/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : II Class B.Sc Degree in Speech and Hearing with two years experience in taking of case history speech therapy, counseling and diagnostics    OR II Class M.Sc Degree in Speech and Hearing.

XVIII. Prosthetic Dental Mechanic : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 GP Rs. 2800/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) SSLC or equivalent qualification (b) Diploma or certificate course in dental mechanism or equivalent of a recognized institution. (c) Two years experience in making prostheses for palate denture, speech bulb, maxillectomy prosthesis and earmould.

XIX. Ear Mould Technician : No of Post : 02 posts, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 GP Rs. 2800/-, Age Limit : Below 30 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : (a) Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech (DHLS) or (b) Diploma in Hearing Aid and Earmould Technology (DHA & ET) or its equivalent.

XX. Store Keeper : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 GP Rs. 2400/-, Age Limit : Below 26 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree of a recognized University with two years experience in handling stores of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body.  Must be conversant with procedure and accounting of Stores.
